For the first time,  Nico Luce, Kim Witmer and Thomas Bersier unite for a unique, bilingual, retreat combining yoga’s transformative power with the challenge of handstands.

Set in the stunning Château Rieucazé, near Toulouse, this immersive week will awaken your body, sharpen your focus, and elevate your practice, on and off the mat.

Wake up in a hilltop château overlooking rolling valleys and the Pyrenees, where fresh air and serene energy set the stage for transformation. This retreat is an opportunity to shift your perspective, literally and figuratively.

Over the week, you’ll build strength, balance, and confidence in inversions, whether you’re new to handstands or refining your technique, progressing safely and effectively.

This retreat will be bilingual : French and English

Sample Daily Schedule:

• 8:30 to 10:30 Dynamic vinyasa practice

• 11:00 to 12:00 Brunch

• 12:00 to 17:30 Free time to enjoy the property or sightsee

• 17:30 to 18:30 Handstand workshops

• 18:30 to 19:30 Gentle yin & restorative practice

• 20:00 to 21:00 Dinner

Included in the price

• 7 nights of accommodation in single, double or dorm rooms 

• 6 vegetarian brunches and 6 vegetarian dinners (Tuesday evenings are off for participants to explore dinning in the area)

• 10 yoga classes

• 5 workshops on the art of Handstand
